Benchmark Perfect Mash® is a complete, grain-free feed formulated with highly fermentable superfibres to provide cool, slow-release energy.

With only 1% starch and 5.5% sugar, it is suitable for a wide range of horses and ponies, including those sensitive to traditional grain-based feeds. Added Agrimos® prebiotics and Yea-Sacc® probiotics support beneficial hindgut microbes, digestion and overall wellbeing.

Ingredients

Lupin hulls, soy hulls, whole lupins, canola meal, cold-pressed canola oil, salt, Benchmark vitamin and mineral premix, Melofeed®, Alkosel 3000® selenium yeast, Agrimos® prebiotics and Yea-Sacc® probiotics.

Feeding Information

Introduce Benchmark Perfect Mash® gradually over 7–10 days. Feed by weight rather than volume and adjust the amount according to your horse’s body weight, workload, appetite and body condition.

Benchmark Perfect Mash® can be fed dry or prepared as a mash.

To prepare by volume, add 2–3 parts cold or warm water to one part Perfect Mash®. To prepare by weight, add 1–1.5 litres of water for every 500g of dry feed.

Provide suitable forage each day, divide larger feed allowances into smaller meals and ensure clean, fresh water is always available.

Horses with laminitis, equine metabolic syndrome, PPID, gastric ulcers or those recovering from intestinal surgery should have their complete diet managed with guidance from a veterinarian or qualified equine nutritionist.
