Pryde’s BioMare Cubes® are a premium, scientifically balanced feed developed specifically for breeding and growing horses. The highly digestible extruded cubes provide quality protein, energy, vitamins and bioavailable minerals to support fertility, milk production, healthy growth and sound development.

Premium proteins and essential amino acids help support muscle development in growing horses and milk production in lactating mares. Carefully selected minerals provide nutritional support for strong bones and joints during the critical growth stages from weaning through to two years of age.

The ingredients are cooked through extrusion to improve nutrient digestibility and help maintain healthy hindgut function. Their concentrated nutritional profile may allow owners to feed approximately 1kg less per day than a comparable pelleted feed.

BioMare Cubes® offer breeding farms a convenient single-feed solution suitable for broodmares, weanlings, yearlings, two-year-olds and breeding stallions.

Rates are based on the horse’s expected mature body weight:

Introduce BioMare Cubes® gradually over approximately two weeks. Feed alongside ample pasture, hay and/or chaff, and adjust the ration according to body condition, growth rate, developmental stage, pregnancy, lactation and the quality of available forage.

Divide the daily ration between two or more smaller meals if feeding more than 500g of hard feed per 100kg of body weight per day. Clean, fresh water and salt should always be available.

If feeding below the recommended rate, an appropriate balancer may be needed to meet vitamin and mineral requirements.
